Can I customize Tink Box?

We do not offer any custom options for our Tink Box at this time. If you would like to customize a box for a specific gender or age you can order on of our Wishes, Illuminations, or Fantasmic Boxes.

Are items in Tink Box and Wishes Disney Park items or Disney items you can find at Walmart or Dollar Store?

All items in the Tink Box and Wishes will come from the Disney Character Warehouse which only carries Disney Park Merchandise. Many times you can find items that are still found within the Parks themselves. We shop for these boxes at the Character Warehouse so that we can offer a Subscription box at an affordable price as you know items within the Parks can be pretty pricey. 

Can I cancel the Tink Box?

Yes, you can cancel the month to month option. If you order the three month prepay you can cancel once the three months are over. If you order the three month prepay and don’t cancel it will automatically renew once the 3rd month is over. Since this is already the best price for a Disney sub box that you can find coupons are not allowed to be used on the Tink box. Tink box is shipped in US only.

When will I be charged?

This will depend on when you order. If you order befaore the 17th of each month, you’ll be charged immediately, and you’ll receive the current month’s box. You’ll then be charged again on the 1st of every month thereafter. If you order after the 17th of the month you will be charged immediately but won’t receive box until the following month’s shipment.

What items could I receive?

The items that you could receive vary greatly between each box. All products are purchased on Disney World and Disney Resort Property. If you have ever visited Walt Disney World before, you know there are literally thousands of souvenir items and hundreds of snacks to choose from! You can expect snacks, toys, mugs, pins, kitchenware, keychains, purses, and so much more! We’ll do our best to find the most amazing items for the best value!

Can I cancel anytime?

You can cancel at anytime using our member portal which will be provided to you when you place an order. There is also an option to skip months if needed.

When does my box ship?

We ship boxes between the 24-28th of every month. Boxes typically arrive within 3 days of shipping. You will receive a email with tracking info. If you are international shipping does take a little longer.

Can I choose what's included?

You cannot choose exact merchandise to be sent in your monthly subscription box. However you can customize your subscription box to your age group and gender.  We will shop for the merchandise that fits into your customization preferences, and send it to your doorstep! This creates a magical surprise each month!

How do add on options within Tink Box work?

The add on options give you the opportunity to choose the item(s) you would like to add to the box. You will receive the item chosen in addition to what will come in that months Tink Box. Each item that is added does add a $3 shipping charge to your order and you can choose as many options as you would like.

I have a blog or YouTube Channel, can I feature your box?
